The solar is about 7 kWp of panels, an 8 kW hybrid inverter, a 5 kWh backup battery for power cuts and a smart charger that only uses spare sun. It replaces roughly R3 403 a month of petrol for 1 500 km.

Who the V23 suits.

A proper SUV shape at the price of a small hatch plus a bit. The 2WD’s 360 km is enough for a week of normal Durban or Joburg driving, and it comes with an 8-year/200 000 km warranty. The balloon keeps the monthly low, but plan for it: it is a lump sum at the end, not a discount.
